Equity Compensation
Companies today are using equity compensation as a powerful way to attract high-quality employees and to cultivate an engaged and productive workforce. This type of compensation can take many forms, including Stock Options, Restricted Stock, and Performance Shares and each come with unique rules, tax implications and liquidity challenges.
Employees who participate in their company's equity compensation plan may understand the importance of their participation in such plans but often lack proper understanding of what the benefits are or how to maximize their value in the context of their unique situation.
Hear from Baird’s Equity Compensation Planning Manager, Laurence Kluth, as he shares meaningful advice around how you can integrate these benefits within your broader wealth management plans.

Most importantly, he advises on how equity compensation plays a meaningful role in our client’s broader financial lives. Prior to becoming manager of this team in 1999, Laurence served in a variety of capacities at Baird since joining in 1995.
