We thought we'd retire at our prior firm. As the firm’s priorities shifted away from clients, we fought hard to hold onto the kind of experience we knew our clients deserved. Eventually, we realized the direction the firm was heading in no longer aligned with who we are—or how we believe this work should be done.
Looking back, it was the hardest -- and best -- decision we've made.
